1. Service Description
SEOWedge.ai ("the Service") provides AI-search opportunity analysis for websites. The Service crawls publicly available web pages, discovers buyer questions, samples AI search results, and generates analytical reports and action recommendations.
2. Disclaimer of Results
Important: All scan results, citations, competitor mentions, and recommendations provided by SEOWedge.ai are sampled observations and analytical estimates. They do not constitute guaranteed search rankings, traffic predictions, or revenue forecasts. AI search results change frequently and vary by provider, geography, query phrasing, and time. The Service provides a snapshot for strategic guidance, not a definitive measurement.
3. Account Terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not: use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; submit malicious domains or payloads; resell or redistribute scan results as a competing service; or circumvent usage limits through automated means.
5. Billing and Cancellation
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month USD or yearly at $290/year USD (two months free); Agency is $99/month or $990/year USD. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
6. Usage Limits
Each plan has specific usage limits (projects, scans, refreshes). Exceeding limits requires an upgrade. Usage counters reset at the beginning of each billing cycle for Pro subscribers.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of the Service, its software, and analytical methodologies. Scan results generated for your account are licensed to you for your internal business use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOWedge.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
