3. Data Processing
When you submit a domain for analysis, we crawl publicly available pages, submit questions to third-party AI services, and store the results. Scan data is associated with your account and retained for as long as your account is active.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, AI search providers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google) for answer sampling, and Firecrawl for web crawling. Each has its own privacy policy governing data handling.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure password hashing (bcrypt), and server-side secret management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Scan results are retained for 12 months. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
